The photo is from New Years Eve. (Thank goodness, you never know what you're going to get!) This would be Nyssa enjoying her first cookie! (Don't tell :) She went to town on this baby. We were at the hotel hanging out in the lobby playing games. Nyssa had her baby food first then Aunt Lori came on over and gave her a cookie. She was such a good girl that night! I don't think I ever did put up pictures from that night!

Zachary's Grandma gave Nyssa this hair bow/head band. I love this photo as well. Do you think she's teething with that wet chin?!

This is her penguin from Santa. She loves to whack that thing around. This is actually her happy face as she's smackin' him around on the other toys!

Lounging in the chair. Probably getting a little annoyed at Momma for taking sooooo many pictures. This one ranks right up there with top 100 favorite because of the dimple in the right cheek. She's edible. Okay, and the legs in tights. Seriously. Who does not love a baby girl in tights? The tights become like second skin over those little rolls. Yummy.


Hanging out watching the Bears game. She's such a poser. I love it.

Happy New Year!

Happy 2009! Miss Nyss decided to bring in the new year with us! We went to a hotel with Lori and the game night gang. We completely took over the lobby! It was great! Nyssa was a baby in style having her exer-saucer join us as well! Not counting the people that wanted to hold her! As long as Momma was in sight, it was okay! She actually slept until about 11:50 when we got out the party hats and horns! She got an extra bottle at 12:20 am (bad Mommy), went to sleep by 12:40, woke up off and on...she in the pack n play after all. Mommy only plugged her a couple of times before she could get really wound up. She was talking to us at 8:15 & Momma must have dozed because the next thing I knew it was 9:30 and I was talking to Lori on the phone about where we were going to eat and Chuck and I woke her up getting stuff together! It's a rough life!

HOLY COW! I put her on the floor in our room this morning...and she crawled about 2 feet to get to my gym shoes! I know! She looked at me like it was the craziest thing. So of course then I had to test it out again with my cell phone this time. What do you know? The little stinker crawled AGAIN! I'm enjoying this because she really doesn't know what she can do at this point! (Hopefully this gives us a couple of days to get the tree down and try to Nyssa-proof this place some how!) I'm sure soon, I'll be saying how she's Super Nyssa zooming across the floor!

I have a short day at work tomorrow. I'm hoping to get some much needed photo's posted up here! It's way easier to post pics over on Fac*ebook!
